BigBuy is a hybrid retailer based in the UAE. We run physical supermarket stores you can walk into, and an online shop you can open from anywhere in the country. Both sides share the same inventory, the same prices, and the same standards because to us, they're not two businesses. They're one supermarket with two front doors. We're a startup, and we're proud of that. It means every decision still gets made by someone who answers customer calls personally. It means we move quickly, listen properly, and aren't yet big enough to forget who we're here for. We hope to keep some of that even as we grow.
